Shipping & Returns

Shipping Charges

Classic Fit Covers currently ships to the Contiguous United States and Canada. If you are outside of those areas and wish to place an order please use the Contact Us section of this website to let us know your location and which item(s) you would like to order. Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total and will be shown during the checkout process. Our standard method of shipment for all items is UPS Ground.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damaged, lost or missing merchandise, please contact Classic Fit Covers within 5 days of receipt for instructions on how to proceed. Failing to do so could jeopardize the refund or replacement of the damaged or missing items. Please save the original box and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. Damage/loss claims cannot be filed after 15 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items shipped by truck must be opened and inspected while the driver is still on the premises, and damage noted on the bill of lading if there is any. 

Defective Items

Unless otherwise specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the invoice date.

Returns Policy

You may return products if they are returned in unused, original condition in the original packaging. In your accounts order history section you are able to initiate a return request. Please complete all fields, submit and a representative from Classic Fit Covers will contact you shortly. Once your return has been approved it is recommended that you insure your package and retain your receipt of shipment. NO C.O.D. returns will be accepted.

Returns will be refunded in the same manner in which they were paid. There will be no restocking charges assessed for returns up to 3 months from the original invoice date. Returns older than 3 months, but less than 6 months, will be assessed a 25% restock fee. Returns older than 6 months, but less than 12 months, will be assessed a 35% restock fee. Returns older than 12 months will not be accepted.

You can expect a refund to typically be issued, if requested, within two weeks of our receiving the package so long as there are no issues with the returned product. Keep in mind that the time it takes your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund is in addition to that two week period.

If a shipment is refused the customer will be charged for shipping and handling plus a 15% restocking fee.
